Joshua Vergara, Joe Hindy, Jonathan Feist, David Imel and Adam Molina take on the hard topics of the week, including figuring out what our personal resolutions mean to us, how many Twitter followers David has and that Joe turned a year older. Huga Barra announced he's leaving Xiaomi to come back to California, headed for Oculus under Facebook's control. We spend a few minutes talking about our thoughts on smartphone trends, specifically bezel sizes, leading to the topic of LG G6 vs Samsung Galaxy S8 - which are you more looking forward to?

Stay tuned for a brand new show format coming soon, we want to get you, our faithful listeners, readers and viewers more involved in the show, and we think we have a solution.

Happy (belated) Birthday Joe!

Joshua Vergara, Joe Hindy, Jonathan Feist and David Imel are joined by an all new personality on the show, from our very own SoundGuys.com, Adam Molina. With a SoundGuys presence, it should be no surprise the crew talk about audio gear for a bit, sharing their headphones of choice and more. In addition, talk about apps and gaming gets surprised laughs that a prominent pop star is now a character in Final Fantasy, and we learn that Andy Rubin, one of the fathers of Android, is off working on a new phone project.

Welcome to the first normal episode of the Android Authority Podcast in 2017! Hosted by Joshua Vergara, Jonathan Feist and David Imel ask Joe Hindy what he thought of CES 2017, enjoying his valuable outsider's perspective. I'm not sure we've had the chance to mention this yet (I'm joking!) but CES seemed to be all about autonomous cars and AI technology - but really, Amazon's Alexa was the star of the show, made available to hundreds of devices and services found on the show floor.

The show is over - CES 2017 has come to a close! Josh, Jonathan, Lanh and Andrew Grush hang out for a bit to discuss the best and our favorites from our week in Las Vegas. Phones, laptops, smart cars, drones and so much more. We all agree that AI is the wave of the future, or at least the goal of the manufacturers and products we experienced at the show. Amazon's Alexa was the name we witnessed more than any other, support for the service was everywhere.

This episode breaks into two segments, with the crew coming to you from the closing moments on the show floor, then join Josh and Jonathan as they discuss the future of the podcast. We have great things coming to the Android Authority Podcast, we can't wait to tell you more.

Thank you so much for joining us on this adventure. We hope you enjoyed CES 2017, we certainly did.

Josh sits down with one of the first people that got him into technology - the great Patrick Norton of TekThing and classic TechTV days. They sit down to talk about CES and Patrick goes off about how much he loves music and audio, all in front of the gondola rides of the Venetian Las Vegas.

Unfortunately, the camera cuts out at around the 3 minute mark, but we still uploaded this great episode of the podcast for your listening pleasure. Enjoy this podcast with Patrick Norton!

Josh is joined by Jonathan Feist and David Imel as they collectively welcome two of Pocketnow's best, Jaime Rivera and Juan Bagnell. Discussions range from tacos to wearables to a couple Android phones right back to tacos in this really fun second edition of the CES 2017 series!

We're back at CES 2017 with the first in a series of daily podcasts hosted by Joshua Vergara! In this first episode, recorded right on the floor of Pepcom Digital Experience in the Mirage hotel, Josh is joined by AA team members Edgar, Jonathan, and David with a bunch of special guests!

Nicole Scott of MobileGeeks, Hayato Huseman with PocketNow, Myriam Joire, and Stephen Schenck of PhoneArena, and a couple of new faces all come together for a discussion-heavy, tangent-riddled, and fun podcast that dives into a lot of the tech that we have been able to see in Las Vegas so far for CES 2017!
